1 ½ oz Brucato Orchards
1 ½ oz amontillado sherry
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir and strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist
COYOTE CREEK
1 oz Brucato Orchards
¾ oz white rum
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz orange liqueur
Shake and strain into a coupe.
PINNACLES PARK
1 oz Brucato Orchards
¾ oz gin
¾ oz dry vermouth
Stir and strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.

1 oz Brucato Orchards
1 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
Stir and strain over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

1 ½ oz gin
½ oz curaçao
½ oz lemon juice
Shake and strain into a small cocktail glass

1 oz Brucato Woodlands
1 oz bourbon
½ oz lemon juice
¼ oz crème de mûre
1 egg white (optional)
Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist

1 oz Brucato Woodlands
1 oz Scotch
¼ oz coffee liqueur
Stir and strain over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange twist

1 oz reposado tequila
1 oz olorosso sherry
Stir and strain into a small cocktail glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit zest

¾ oz sweet vermouth
¾ oz orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 oz Brucato Woodlands
2 oz rye whiskey
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir and strain into a small cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist

2 oz Brucato Chaparral
2 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz lime juice
3 oz tonic
Build in a Collins glass over ice. Stir.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

½ oz Brucato Chaparral
1 ½ oz reposado tequila
1 oz blanc vermouth
Stir and strain into a small cocktail glass.
Garnish with a mint leaf.

1 oz gin
¾ oz orgeat
½ oz lemon juice
Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel (or kumquats if available)
